Delivery
If goods are in stock we will deliver to you within 14 working days. If they are out of stock we will notify you of the expected delay. Deliveries are made during working hours and a signature may be required – please leave instructions in the event that you are out.
UK:
Economy
Please allow up to 14 working days.
For orders up to £150 – £4.95
For orders over £150 – £7.95
Next Day Delivery – £10
UK Mainland only and subject to weather conditions.
Orders must be placed before 1pm.
Overseas (including Channel Islands & EC countries):
Please allow up to 14 working days. Overseas deliveries are calculated at checkout according to weight and destination. Local import duties may be payable on receipt.
Returns
Non-sale items:
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our products you can return them for an exchange or full refund. Goods must be returned within 14 working days from invoice date. All items must be returned un-used and in a saleable condition with proof of purchase.
We regret, we are unable to accept returns of monogrammed goods, gift boxes or fabric. In the case of fabric, you may request a small fabric swatch before purchase.
Sale items may be exchanged, but we regret, we are unable to refund them (except clothes) unless they are faulty. We can however offer a credit for the sale amount. Goods must be returned within 14 working days from invoice date. All items must be returned unused and in saleable condition with proof of purchase.
The customer is responsible for postage cost of returned goods. We suggest that you use special delivery or obtain a certificate of posting as the goods are your responsibility until they arrive at our address.
Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order before it has been dispatched you may do so quoting your name.

Colour reproduction
Linen (flax) is a natural fibre and not always uniform in texture and colour. While every effort is taken to ensure the colour reproduction of our catalogue and website is as accurate as possible, we cannot guarantee a 100% colour match. For our interiors collection, fabric swatches are available upon request.
